If you made a purchase but haven’t received your report, there are three possible reasons:

  • We are still processing your report. Note that different reports have different delivery times which are indicated to you during the checkout.

  • Your report went to your spam folder. We do send multiple reminders but sometimes our email notifications do end up in the spam folders.

  • There is a public holiday and we need to wait until we receive the latest data from the government.
