Why haven't I received the report I purchased?
If you made a purchase but haven’t received your report, there are three possible reasons:
We are still processing your report. Note that different reports have different delivery times which are indicated to you during the checkout.
Your report went to your spam folder. We do send multiple reminders but sometimes our email notifications do end up in the spam folders.
There is a public holiday and we need to wait until we receive the latest data from the government.
